Centering the strength of women.

Dr. Lyndsay Provencio, DPT

Welcome! My name is Dr. Lyndsay Provencio, owner of StrongHER. I am an adventurer, a learner, a weightlifter, a runner, and a laugher. Originally from Colorado, I graduated Creighton University with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018 and moved to Portland, OR where I managed a clinic while continuing to pursue my passion of physical therapy within female athletics. During this time, I acquired further specialty training in management of the female athlete, treatment of the pelvic floor, and care for pregnant and postpartum individuals.

My skill set has allowed me to work alongside professional track and field athletes, collegiate track and field and cross country athletes, and recreational runners.

Upon my move to Park City, UT in 2023, I sought to create a space for women to feel understood, empowered, and confident in their own skin. StrongHER was created to do just that.

My mission is to provide patient centered care that prioritizes women’s confidence, strength, knowledge, and celebrates the human body. I value kindness, equity, active listening, and service to all. With specialty training in pelvic health, postpartum care, care of the female athlete, and strength and conditioning program design, I could not be more excited to join your support team!

Schedule here.

  • Personable, friendly, and professional, Lyndsay is one of the best providers I have ever seen. She helped me recover from a broken foot at 6 months pregnant, while also helping my body and core prepare for birth and postpartum recovery. Thoughtful and intentional, she helped explain and modify all exercises to fit my schedule and lifestyle. I couldn’t recommend Lyndsay more!

    • Lindsay V.W., Montessori Teacher

  • Lyndsay has been an integral part of my recovery process for the last 4 years. Her expert knowledge of the body, movement mechanics, and the pelvic floor have single handedly helped me remain competitive on the field. As a female professional athlete, Lyndsay has been my secret weapon when it comes to body maintenance, injury recovery, and pelvic floor health. This coupled with the fact she is the kindest and most thoughtful human makes her easily one of the best PT's I have ever worked with. I would gladly reccomend Lyndsay to anyone who needs physical therapy in any capacity.

    • Mandy L., Professional Women’s Soccer Player (WSL)

  • Lyndsay has a way of putting people at ease which is incredibly affirming when showing up injured and vulnerable. I have chronic back pain from a bad case of scoliosis and she’s always been compassionate and optimistic about my recovery (she’s also never judged me when I don’t do my exercises!). I’ve seen a handful of bodyworkers and PT’s and she’s someone who knows how to handle a person’s body with care and professionalism AND effectively locate the source of the problem. I’ve always felt in safe and competent hands with Lyndsay. She has a true gift for this work.

    • Ann Marie M., Marriage & Family Therapist

  • Not only is Lyndsay an exceptional therapist, but she is an incredibly attentive, caring human. Her knowledge, intelligence, and experience with the body combined with her technical skills made me feel so well taken care of and confident in my rehab process. Lyndsay‘s attention to the mental process of rehab also made me feel so seen and comforted in my journey. She understands that recovering from an injury is more than just physical work. Her genuine kindness paired with her incredible skills makes her the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. I would recommend Lyndsay to everyone!

    • Becca M., Personal Trainer
